I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the location is great and offers plenty of activities, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and the staff's attitude. The room I stayed in was okay, but definitely not as luxurious as I expected for the price. Dining was average, and I felt the service could use significant improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The hospitality from some staff members was outstanding, especially from Mr. Singhal and GM Ashish, who were both very caring and ready to assist. However, the check-in process was frustrating, and I encountered issues with room amenities like heating. Overall, it’s a decent place given its location on the NH Delhi-Jaipur highway, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

While the staff did have a few helpful moments, overall, they seemed hostile and untrained in customer relations. The prices for food were also extremely inflated compared to the quality. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a pleasant stay.
