I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the location is great and offers plenty of activities, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and the staff's attitude. The room I stayed in was okay, but definitely not as luxurious as I expected for the price. Dining was average, and I felt the service could use significant improvement.

However, the check-in process was frustrating, and I encountered issues with room amenities like heating. Overall, it’s a decent place given its location on the NH Delhi-Jaipur highway, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

While the staff did have a few helpful moments, overall, they seemed hostile and untrained in customer relations. The prices for food were also extremely inflated compared to the quality. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a pleasant stay.
